Pumpkin Pudding

 

6 eggs

1 12 oz can of evaporated milk

1 sm can of pumpkin (2 cups)

2 cups sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ginger

1 tsp nutmeg

2 tsp cinnamon

 

Beat together the above ingredients, pour into a 9 x 13 pan. In a bowl, cut 1 cup butter into 1 package of yellow cake mix. Sprinkle over pumpkin mix, stirring together only just slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. You want it to be firm, but not soupy.
